If you have to have a MRI, this is the place to go. Staff was clear on what to expect beforehand. They communicated well during the test. Nothing unpleasant about the test for me.

The check in was very easy. Almost no waiting to check in. I was about 20 minutes early, but they still took me ahead of the 4 pm scheduled time. The staff in the CT area were extremely competent, helpful, and considerate. I have to use hearing aids, but I took them out before arriving because I didn't want to damage them. The audio instructions were loud and clear so I could still easily do what was asked. Your facility is beautiful. All in all, It was a very pleasant experience.
