Easy check in staff was quick and efficient

Eventhough we had a fire alarm go off as I was placed in the MRI suite, the staff quickly and respectfully explained the situation and excorted me out the the street with the other patrons. They stood with me and another MRI patient to ensure we were good. Once cleared our technicians took me back to MRI and started the scan. My technician was phenomenal, he explained everything step by step and kept in contact with me to explain the different stages of my scan. First time getting a brain MRI and I was a little anxious going in. The technician was nice enough but nothing was explained and I was only told how long it would take. I realize the process is what it is however going in and (even after) nothing was explained. I was just told "you're finished."
