During my CT Scan, I was treated with patience & respect by the staff. Was very impressed with the scanning machine in how less quiet it was compare to older machine.
Vernon was an excellent tech who was careful, experienced and a good communicator. He made a long process tolerable and addressed any concerns I had about the procedure.
After registration, waited only 3 minutes to be called by Tech. Scan was done and I was in and out in < 5 minutes. Each person along the way identified themselves which was nice.
Well run & efficient. Friendly staff.
I came in early because I had two other medical appointments that day. I was the first patient to arrive and they took me in immediately. Professional and fast.
Registering staff were helpful and patient, sonographer was great explaining procedure and answering questions - great staff! Thank you!
The facility is beautiful and the technician made an uncomfortable procedure easy quick and pain free.
Jenny was the best ! She was very clear about the procedure. She was very professional and kind! She gets 5 stars plus! The facility is starting to look a little old and shabby! There were holes in the exam table and the chairs in the lobby looked old and worn. This is such a great facility, I hope the owners will keep up the facility and keep it clean and beautiful.
Staff was caring, patient & efficient. Concerned about comfort and needs.
