I arrived when I was asked and checked in. I did have to wait for about 25 minutes. The person who did my tests was very kind and understanding. It was all as good an experience that it could be.

The technicians were wonderful and patient with me as I felt nervous. My only negative feedback is that I was told when I made the appointment to not eat or drink anything for 4 hours before the appointment. I was ok with fasting, however when I got to the appointment I was told that I should be drinking water. Needless to say, I was on a complete fast and dehydrated.

Anna was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing, and answered my questions. I was happy having her be the one to do this ultrasound test. She was calm and gentle and attentive to my physical limitations and needs, and I felt confident that she was experienced and was doing a thorough and accurate exam.
