No problem with the Procedure, Tech very professional.
Great experience. Everyone was very pleasant. Explained what was happening. I especially appreciated that everyone was punctual. In fact, I was called in early and was finished before I had anticipated.
The staff in MRI were superlative! The treated this old man with exemplary patience and care. I was very comfortable during the entire procedure. Thank you, all! And God bless! Louie
The front desk was amazing. So friendly! When I got the CT scan done, I was really cold. They offered me a blanket and gave me a hot pack to keep me warm! It was so thoughtful.
The entire process of getting an MRI could not have been easier. I am a repeat patient so they still had all of my information. Confirmed my insurance and took a seat in a very comfortable waiting area. Within five minutes, the technician came out to get me and take to the MRI area. Asked me a few questions about my issues and confirmed any metal I might have in my body. I was given two gowns to put on (front and back) and was shown where the lockers were for my things. Front desk person friendly and efficient. Ultrasound specialist not friendly and act like I was a bother. I usually go to your facility in Glendora it’s not as fancy as your facility but everyone makes you feel welcome. I went away feeling terrible to come all that way and be treated like this.
The technicians were very nice and professional
Everyone was wonderful. One observation - when I’ve had CT’s or MRI in the past at Hill Imaging the tech will ask every so often “ Are you ok - I really missed that this time . The pelvic MRI procedure is longer than any I’ve had in the past . I got really anxious. It would have helped!
I didn't have to wait for my appointment. The technician was friendly and efficient and the procedure was very quick.
