Best lab experience ever. In and out of there in less than 15 minute. Took me longer to find a parking slot but parking was actually so close that it was fine. Check in was a breeze—the technicians were wonderful and it wasnt the least bit stressful. Last time I had this done it was at Cedars and it was incredibly frustrating—-I will never go back there. This imaging office is the best! Thank you.

The wait was too long, (45 minutes or so), especially given that I was asked to arrive early (for no real reason, as check-in was fast and easy). The staff was friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, and the procedure itself simple. I did not get a lot of explanation about what would happen, but for a short CT scan, I didn't really need it. Other than the long wait, a reasonably good experience.
