I was admitted quickly, didn’t have to wait long, was told clearly what was being done (chest X-ray), and got out quickly. Very friendly staff throughout the process!

Generally, I was impressed. The check-in procedure was very easy after filling out my information online first. The wait wasn't long at all. The procedures went well, except that, during the first, which was bladder imaging (for which you must have a full bladder), the nurse/tech took a pretty long time trying to get some specific image while continuously applying pressure to my bladder. Then, she left briefly and came back with another nurse/tech who quickly got the image while explaining how to do it correctly. Not a big d... read more

Easy check in, very clean facility, nice and friendly staff. It did take longer than expected since I was there on time and they didn't call me until 20 minutes later and there was nobody there when I arrived, however once I got called the technician was kind and the process took less than 5 minutes.

We arrived early and were taken into the procedure room within 10 minutes of our arrival. We were quite surprised and we were actually back in the car before our appointment time. I cannot say enough about the check in and the lab technician. Thank you.
