Everyone was really nice and professional. I didn't have to wait. Was in and out. The only part I don't like is that we have to pay for parking. Kaiser doesn't require paid parking. You should figure out how to cover the parking expense for your patients.

Quick and efficient. Needed CD for doctor and was referred to your Medical Records Department. Called next day and spoke with John who was extremely helpful and friendly and will mail CD to my home so I can take it with me to my doctor visit. Wish all my medical encounters were this easy. Thank you John.
