So quick, professional, kind. Seriously one of the most pleasant medical appointments.
On time, very courteous, and very helpful when I was in so much pain.
Vernon was wonderful with my mom's neck CT scan yesterday. He knew how to interact with her and her dementia status. I would commend him for his caring and professionalism.
It was fine.
Experience was mostly positive: professional, courteous staff. Only concern: pre-registration & in-person request to add PCP to report copies was not completed. Had to call PCP & request that office to retrieve report directly.
I was made totally comfortable from walking in and registering to the actual procedure itself.
The checkin was fast, friendly and efficient. I was on the table being scanned a bit ahead of schedule and was on my way to my car 15 minutes after the appointment time. It doesn’t get any better.
