My appointment was on Sunday afternoon. I checked in on-line before coming in, spent about 2 minutes completing check in, sat down in the lobby and was called in quickly. The CT techs were pleasant and had me hooked up to heart monitor and scan was complete in under 10 minutes. I have had CT scans only a couple of times in my lifetime. Great service. Didn't have an appt, but they took me in after about a 15-minute wait. Tech was nice and she was always asking me how I was doing. Felt very reassuring.

I would like to recommend music be piped in differently. The headphones didn’t fit my setup. Otherwise, I felt I was heard and really appreciated the tech assistant’s hand on my arm or leg for comfort. I was also asked multiple times if I was doing ok. Communication was really great. Finally, not sure why West Covina is able to produce a copy of digital images on the spot but Pasadena cannot. Quite a hassle to fill out request forms.

I came in a bit early but I was checked in anyway. The receptionist were very helpful and the reception area was clean. The radiology technician was very thorough in performing the ultrasound and at some point even asked for assistance with another technician. Overall a pleasant experience.
