Everything was extremely efficient and professional. The ear plugs and headphones were very helpful, the table wasn’t uncomfortable and finishing in 20 minutes sure beats the 45 minutes of days past. The technicians were all very pleasant and I can’t say a bad word about anything.

I was welcomed politely. My wait time was minimal but because I know that my appointment was with Dr. Foran, I was patient. He is my surgeon's first choice for ultrasound readings so I was glad that he was there and giving me good service. His assistant was also very helpful and thorough.

Ultimately the experience was positive and I would certainly continue going there. BUT... When I was at the Fair Oaks facility I was told that I could only make an appointment via phone, not in person. I tried for over an hour. I was clicked off once. Went into limbo once. And ultimately received a callback long after I had left the facility on a phone that I didn't turn on until the next day. Clearly the appointment system needs to be improved.
