Quick and efficient. Needed CD for doctor and was referred to your Medical Records Department. Called next day and spoke with John who was extremely helpful and friendly and will mail CD to my home so I can take it with me to my doctor visit. Wish all my medical encounters were this easy. Everything was perfect as always. Check in was quick, accurate, and friendly. All areas were super clean, uncrowded, calming atmosphere. Even though you were more busy than ever, there was never a feeling of being crowded, rushed, or having long wait times. I always request your imaging facility.
