always easy check in, fast to be taken in for the mri and quick to leave. I appreciate and feel lucky to have the center in my area.Ā

Ultimately the experience was positive and I would certainly continue going there. BUT... When I was at the Fair Oaks facility I was told that I could only make an appointment via phone, not in person. I tried for over an hour. I was clicked off once. Went into limbo once. And ultimately received a callback long after I had left the facility on a phone that I didn't turn on until the next day. Clearly the appointment system needs to be improved.Ā

Was in for a MRI biopsy so I can't say I loved it, but experience was done in a professional manner from checking in at reception to end. Receptionist was very helpful getting me through sign in process. I can't remember the two ladies that assisted me but they were Great in preparing me and all throughout the procedure. Dr. Munir is awesome as well. She explained everything as she was performing procedure and I felt I was in good hands.Ā
