Excellent, Timely and Courteous the lady made me feel like she cared about my concerns
Prompt. Courteous. Clear directions. Clean place to change clothes. Clear instructions from the technician. The process went exactly as it was supposed to.
Every person with whom I dealt was very professional and kind and exercised patience knowing that one could be a little nervous waiting to have a Pet scan to make sure cancer hasn’t returned.
Technicians made the MRI very comfortable for me even though I had recently fractured my shoulder

The employee in the front desk he is courteos/ helpful to the client.Then the technician Pearl. who is going to do my procedure is very polite. She introduce herself to me and explain the procedure.
Technicians were professional and friendly
I had to wait 30 min past my appointment time. There were several people that came in after me and were taken first (same procedure - ultrasound). I had a very early appointment. I arrived 30 minutes in advance as instructed so 1 hour before I was seen. I think it was too much wait time and I was on a schedule.
