courteous staff
The employee in the front desk he is courteos/ helpful to the client.Then the technician Pearl. who is going to do my procedure is very polite. She introduce herself to me and explain the procedure.
Technicians were professional and friendly
I had to wait 30 min past my appointment time. There were several people that came in after me and were taken first (same procedure - ultrasound). I had a very early appointment. I arrived 30 minutes in advance as instructed so 1 hour before I was seen. I think it was too much wait time and I was on a schedule.
It was quick and efficient.
Since I pre-registered the day before, I was in and out of the facility in less than 30 minutes - from front desk check-in to getting the x-rays of my feet.

Staff very friendly , courteous and professional.
Lady doing pelvic exam (Anna) was very kind, helpful, quiet and nice. Keep her. A raise would be good also!!!!!
