I received exceptional customer service from Norma, she went beyond her duty to stay in touch with me and schedule me in for MRI. ( CT Scan was scheduled first) Error was my by the scheduling department, Norma jumped in and helped me through it all during the week of 4 of truly when everything was closed. She reached out to me 3 consecutive days to keep me well informed. Very kind & compassionate individual. thank you

Very quick, convenient. Everyone encounterd was helpful and pleasant. Short wait in relaxing, comfortable lobby.
Taken promptly. Staff courteous and flexible in allowing me to switch from small MRI to big MRI. Attendant coached me through. Great people work for Hill imaging.
On time. Very professional. Only thing I would add is that UCLA uses headphones with music during the procedure which was a nice addition.
Easy sign in. A very short wait 5 min). X Ray tech very knowledgeable and efficient. Out in 10 min.
