Could have done better on the time of acceptance. I got there 35 minutes before my MRI appointment as requested. However, There was no one in the waiting area and I was not called in until 45 minutes pass my appointment. Also the technician could have offered me ear plugs, but he/she didn’t and I had to ask for them. As for the gowns it’s all good to have two, but I recommend Imagining Hill could have offer shoe covers vs walking barefoot or with socks.

I we t to get x-rays as a walk-in patient. I was seen right away and the x-ray tech was very friendly and efficient.

Quick and efficient. Only complaint is iOS based check-in does not appear to handle uploading rx well. Had to minimize screen to locate image, and was kicked back to sign-in page. It appears that the pages I had already completed may have been saved, but went to pc to complete preregistration.
