Miranda provided a lot of information of what would take place, which I appreciated. No surprises. My appointment did run late, but it was tolerable
Efficient, caring , professional personnel. Procedures were explained and questions answered politely. All staff were assuring and put you as the patient at ease. Absolutely great service.

This was not a great experience. The person who did my IV was not very proficient at it. The other times it was painless. This time was very painful. The chair is extremely uncomfortable. Pillows would help with these hard chairs. I was given absolutely no instructions or information about what they were doing or going to do. I had to keep asking. The head technician, Cliff (?), was excellent! He introduced himself, was very professional and friendly at the same time. He made me feel very comfortable and in good hands.
A wonderful experience, clean efficient we arrived early they took us in and we were finished! The wonderful woman at the front desk was extremely helpful upon checking in!
It was great. The technician was extremely pleasant. She asked me some questions to understand more about the area that I was having the ultrasound done on. She was great.
Quick, efficient, all handled by very personable people.
