My appointment was on time and everyone is very friendly.
Quick in and out, and the check in process was so handy with the tablet.
My appointment was 15 minutes later but I was called earlier. The check in person was really nice and friendly. The technicians were nice and detailed.
Everyone was very kind and professional. Really looked after me when changing my position on the table and the tech was so kind in moving my arm.
The staff was helpful and courteous. The waiting room and the back rooms were very clean.

Mixed. I have had too many MRIs some with contrast. First tech missed the vein and that was not good. Second tech better. When I was strapped in for the test it was uncomfortable. I put up with it to get it over with. If given a choice I would go elsewhere.
I initially had trouble finding the Imaging unit I arrived after dark and everything seemed closed. I’m 86 years old. Fortunately I saw a young man unloading his mother from the car. He showed me were the unit was. From there on everything was fine. I only had to wait a few minutes before a young lady came out and let unto the room where the CT scan was performed. The young technician was very informative about the process. She made me feel comfortable and safe. The whole process took about 15 minutes.
Happy with the whole service! I had a CTscan, Everything went smoothly and on time.
