Waiting was longer than expected. I heard that the system was done for a while, but I could have my appointment accomplished. Everything else was great.

All the people were very nice and professional. The MRI machine with the helmet that slides over your head was confining, but the small mirror inside made it doable over the 20 minutes. It was also nice that they put a blanket over you to keep you warm.

Eventhough we had a fire alarm go off as I was placed in the MRI suite, the staff quickly and respectfully explained the situation and excorted me out the the street with the other patrons. They stood with me and another MRI patient to ensure we were good. Once cleared our technicians took me back to MRI and started the scan. My technician was phenomenal, he explained everything step by step and kept in contact with me to explain the different stages of my scan.
