First time getting a brain MRI and I was a little anxious going in. The technician was nice enough but nothing was explained and I was only told how long it would take. I realize the process is what it is however going in and (even after) nothing was explained. I was just told "you're finished."

they got me in and out very quickly and easily. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Most importantly, they did not hurt me.
