I waited a hour to be called in and then another 15 min to start my MRI. I had an appointment and I should not have waited this long. Otherwise staff were professional.

Wait time felt long but I did arrive early. Nurse was really nice and answered my questions no problem. Tech was polite and thoughtful but the scan itself was very difficult and I probably should have asked for moving my legs and arms thought I might cramp. Whole process took 3 1/2 hours I was sweating by the end. Anyway pro people process not easy.

Upon entry into the reception/waiting area, I was greeted and helped immediately, very efficiently. I came for a thyroid ultrasound. The ultrasound technician greeted my nicely and seemed to be an expert at his job. I had the impression he was being very thorough, leaving no question for my primary physician or I. It was a very good experience. I AM SO SORRY, I DIDN'T SEE THE GENTLEMAN'S BADGE OR ANYTHING AND DON'T RECALL HIM TELLING ME HIS NAME.

Staff was very efficient and friendly. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment as requested. Due to the fact you can register online I was in and out before my assigned appointment time. The Imaging nurses were very efficient in letting me know what would happen during the procedure. I would highly recommend this facility,
