Everything went smoothly. The tech was very polite and explained everything as thing went along. I was also very grateful for the help I received from the appointment line. I was caught in traffic and I called to say that I was going to be late for my appointment. I was told that the tests were running on time. I figured I would probably have to reschedule. The online booking system didn't work. Once I got to speak with a scheduling person on the phone (after an excruciatingly long wait on hold) the booking was easy. The person I spoke with was very helpful. The appointment itself was absolutely stress-free.
