I originally scheduled an appointment using your on-line link which took a bit of searching, but once there it was fairly straightforward. I needed a DEXA screening which wasn’t listed. After making an appointment at the West Covina site, the staff informed me that I hadn’t been properly registered as the on-line appointments for DEXA screenings hadn’t been launched yet. They rescheduled an appointment for me ASAP. So very helpful and courteous!! Thank you!

The 2 ladies who did my ct scan were Amazing!!! They knew I was scared and am claustrophobic and they did everything possible to explain and put me at ease! Checking in was quick and easy, and the lady at the front was efficient and most pleasant.

Superb customer service. Even though I ran 20 minutes late for my appt the receptionist assured me I would still be able to be seen. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and was taken care of right a way. I was seen shortly after I arrived. Also the tech was pleasant and made sure I knew the procedure and what was about to happen. Even during the CT Scan she checked on me to make sure I was alright. Great job staff.
