My Technician Emily was great. She was very careful and gentle explain the whole process to me as we went along with exam. She took the time to manually adjust the machine as needed and that made me have a pleasant appointment and exam.

I was very comforted by the IV intake young lady. Although I am/was reluctant to discuss “why I was having this CT scan”, I answered truthfully and that difficult moment passed. She accompanied me to the CT room and helped me understand what I needed to do before transferring me off to the CT operator. She also reappeared after the scan to help me get off the equipment and gather myself together. This made a huge difference in my experience. Thank you.

Tests of any kind are a bit daunting, however, the personnel at West Covina Hill Imaging Center were very helpful and pleasant. They made you as comfortable as possible. I would return to this center in the future for any further tests.
