Clean and Organized office with friendly staff. No long wait time from the minute I walked in the door to check in to being called in for my appointment and out the door.This is my first vist to this facility in West Covina. It has lots free parking in front of building. It will be a return place for future appointments most definitely. Great overall experience.

When the appointment was made the receptionist failed to give me the complete instructions before I came to my appointment. I was called the morning of my appointment to give me the information about I was also having a IV.
