Receptionist ask me " do yoy have an appointment" ? I told her after so many e mail and text of reminder from your office. I better have one. Your technician is wonderful, efficient and no time wasted. I have her last year. I am glad that your tenant rentenation is great.

The checking in was fast and the staff were friendly and efficient. The wait time was very short and I was in and out quite quickly ,!second time coming here always always a nice experience 😊

The experience was overall good. And I got the result quickly. But the wait was too long. My appointment was at 10am. I came in at 9:15am. They didn’t take me in until 10:45am. It was very inconvenient as I reached back to work very late. Need to work on your wait times.

Not to excuse the poor service, but I want to share with you what is happening. Staffing at radiology centers across the country is terrible right now. We get more technologists hired and trained, and then more staff change jobs (often to hospitals where the pay is higher). Technician and office staff were great. Very friendly and explained the steps. Online check-in was easy even though you ask for way too much info. If a patient texts a doctor's order when making the appointment, it should be shared with the office. A patient shouldn't have to upload it twice.

The location is easy but the entrance sign needs some improvement. Office staffers are friendly & helpful. Technician is friendly & courteous some signs may help the patients directions.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and understanding when my Doctor’s office told me the wrong day after I had driven 20 miles to get there at 7:00AM.!!!!!! The fellow who did my CT scan was very professional and efficient. A GREAT experience all around!! I highly recommend them!!
