New Car Sale My husband and I were interested in purchasing a 2020 XT6 and trading in our 3-year old car. Saturday Service Center After experiencing mechanical issues during a cross country road trip from Utah to Tennessee in our recently purchased diesel pickup, we can't express how grateful we are that Husker GMC was the closest option for diagnosis & repair. We arrived moments after the service center opened on a Saturday, and the employees went right to work looking for the issue so we could be on our way again. Excellent always Opal is my service rep & she us absolutely hands down the Best. Sarah is following right in Opal's footsteps & is also great. Always Excellent service @ HuskerAutoGroup! Employees understand how to respect customers & their vehicles. When my vehicle goes to the dealership they should treat it the way I treat it. @ HuskerAutoGroup that is accomplished each & Every time.

Great call by technician I had my front wheel bearings go out and was told by Marty, my service manager, that the technician could hear that the rear wheel bearings were starting to go. I could hear nothing after the front were done, but sure enough, about 6 months later I started to hear the whining in the rear. At least I knew what the sound was and called Marty to set up an appointment. Husker is easy to work with and stand by the pricing and service that they quote. Wonderful experience! Easy and smooth In the past I have never liked Husker Auto, but that has changed!! Husker was amazing to work with on the purchase of our new truck. Worth the trip I come here every 6 months to get my routine stuff done on my traverse. I live 4 in a half hours away. The only problem I had was getting the appointment set up, it took 3 tries to get it set. I would get ahold of somebody and she would send an email to the service department. ( I like to get appointment set up a few weeks in advance so I can book my hotel and others things I need done). But I will say it is worth it.
