Great call by technician I had my front wheel bearings go out and was told by Marty, my service manager, that the technician could hear that the rear wheel bearings were starting to go. I could hear nothing after the front were done, but sure enough, about 6 months later I started to hear the whining in the rear. Worth the trip I come here every 6 months to get my routine stuff done on my traverse. I live 4 in a half hours away. The only problem I had was getting the appointment set up, it took 3 tries to get it set. I would get ahold of somebody and she would send an email to the service department. ( I like to get appointment set up a few weeks in advance so I can book my hotel and others things I need done). But I will say it is worth it.
