I’ll be 51 in 2 weeks & this experience this past weekend was hands down the most relaxed & enjoyable experience of any auto I’ve ever purchased - including for my 3 kids! (There’s been several to compare to - lol) That morning I had Royce Fowler as my salesman and also worked with James. It was a lighthearted, joking but all business experience that kept us laughing & smiling the entire time! Royce and James at the dealership made the buying process smooth and straight forward. Had no intentions of buying a vehicle but these guys made it almost too easy to get everything done from paperwork to trade ins. Highly recommend these two and wish every interaction with a customer facing representative would be so pleasant.
