Really enjoyed working with Nick K (BMW Lincoln). He wasn't pushy, asked the right questions to help me find the right car, and didn't spam my phone with messages and phone calls. The only negative part of my experience was in the finance office after turning down the extended plan, the manager came in to try selling it again. I finally had to tell him "I'm not going to do it, I'm getting really tired of telling you no" after about 5-6 attempts to modify the deal to sell me the not useful extra warranty.
