We made a deal with Royce on a used vehicle and were promised the glass chips would be repaired in the windshield and the missing 3rd row seat would be acquired from the previous owner and we could pick it up that week. They said they would call us when the seat got there to make arraignment's to get it and get the glass fixed. These guys are absolute jerks. Yeah I understand you are busy, who isn’t? I didn’t ask for a miracle, just that you’d take my car to get looked at for a critical error message I was receiving. No need to roll your eyes or say angry things or huff and puff at me. I just wanted help. So freaking rude!

100% do not recommend. I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu from this dealership and started having problems two days after purchase!! I chose not to take the vehicle to the company's mechanic because they told me it would cost 170$ if my warranty did not cover it, that makes no sense at all!! BUYERS BEWARE! ! My daughter had a good experience with her sales person, Tre - test drive, Car Fax was presented to her and they held the car for 24 hours. Then when we sat down to sign the paperwork the customer service quickly went downhill. Tre's integrity totally disappeared. He had written into the contract an extended warranty and included gap insurance, without discussing this with my daughter as an OPTION. Seriously crooked salesmen, focused only on their own commission checks with no regard for the safety of the cars they sell. Just weeks after purchase, the vehicle needs thousands of dollars of work done on it and cannot be driven safely until the work is completed. Management at Husker Auto is rude, condescending, and defensive.
There communication is the worst. I dropped my Escalade off at 7:56 for my 8:00 am appointment. I’ve tried calling them and my husband too. It is 2:43p.m and can’t get a hold of anyone. This is a basic tire rotation. This shouldn’t be a all day service. I know I’ve left 3 messages and my husband 1 this is t the first time we have received Terrible service from them. If it wasn’t an 2022 Escalade I would take it somewhere else.

They wanted to charge us $2,000 extra because we live out of state. We talked them down to $1,000 and made a deal on a vehicle and sent a deposit. The day before we drove to get it they told us the price had gone up. We asked for our deposit back - a deal was a deal. Our brother went in to look at the vehicle and NONE of the sensors worked. It was missing chips. This was NEVER disclosed during conversations with them. Canaan and his manager played a pretty low game…not impressed.

STAY AWAY! This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I inquired about a car they had and was told it was available. I sent them all the info they requested and I was never asked for a deposit to hold the car. They came back low on my trade so I called the manager Larry Young. Where do I even begin? First of all, my Buick Regal has been at their shop since August 5, 2021 for repairs. For the 4th time. Second, I have received ZERO updates on my vehicle during that entire time period. I live in Seward and I’ve had to drive to Lincoln just to get an update on my car, because nobody calls me or calls me back when I call them and leave a message.
