I was very pleased at the inspection of our furnace and the advice as to how to get the most from the furnace and how to keep it functioning at its best. I was very reassured that we did not have any carbon monoxide exhausts and that the furnace if working correctly. <br />
Second service appt with provider...both times punctual, courteous, competent. Very happy that he explained and fixed problems without trying to sell us new units, etc. <br /> <br />
The company contacted me promptly and scheduled an appointment within one day. The technician was on time and personable. He showed me exactly what was wrong with the AC unit and explained how to prevent the problem in the future. The work was done quickly. I felt very satisfied with the work.
