Our a/c wasn't working well and found these guys on Angie's list. They were pretty booked but we found a time two weeks out after our vacation. Then before we left on vacation one unit stopped working completely. HVAC Comfort showed up on the agreed upon day half an hour early. I found the technician pleasant and helpful. We discussed the issue, he found the problem, and even reviewed the replacement part cost with me before driving to the supply house to pick it up. <p>The gentleman from HVAC Comfort arrived on-time. He was professional and courteous. When inside my home he put on shoe-covers without me evenasking. He went right to work assessing the AC components in the basement and outside. I actually have two AC units and furnaces for the house. There wasn't a place on the initial appointment request to indicate this, so I was afraidhe wouldn'tbe able to take care of both,but he said no problem.
