Greeted by Will who was on time and very courteous. I walked him through my system and he noted that the compressor was not working. He performed a diagnostic and determined the problem. He walked me through his diagnostic process to inform me of the problem and the solution. There was a bad contact in the power transformer that needed to be replaced. He had one with him and the cost was $125. I authorized the repair and left him to work. His work was done within 1/2 hour. I will call them again for my furnace cleaning. <br ... read more

They were very responsive and thorough. Appointment was scheduled promptly, and the tech Will was knowledgeable and willing to let me shadow him to learn about my system. Professional. They are in my calendar to call for furnace check in the Fall. <br />
