Service went great!
First of all, Greg arrived exactly when he promised. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and had the part with him to repair one of my air conditioners.
I have two small children and felt very comfortable with him in my home. He was very professianal and I would recomend Schultz Heating and Cooling to friends and neighbors.
Thank You Schultz Heating and Cooling!!!!
Very Satisfied Homeowner,
Kim :)

I received a quote and assessment from a different company first and had a gut feeling that this first company was not being honest but over charging for unneccessary repairs. I called this company out as a second opinion and not only did they get me in the very next day (I contacted them after business hours the night before) on probably the busiest service week of the summer due to the extreme heat but were able to repair my unit on site. They were out for only a matter of an hour or so and were able to replace the faulty ... read more

Left voice mail for a service callfor my AC unit on 7/2/12. Received prompt return call andwas schedule for an AM appointment on 7/3/12. Upon inspection, was informed that unit need a replacement part which would need to be fabricated. Replacement part was installed that afternoon. All in all, a top notch company, always prompt service and best prices around.
They never replied to my voicemail or the Angie's list notification.

Business response:

I apologize for any miscommunication. We strive to take care of our customers to the "Nth" degree. We sincerely didn't receive a voicemail that hasn't been replied too. That said, I had a knee operation last Thursday and forwarded all calls to our lead employee, only to figure out late in the day he was in a very poor cellular service area. Once we realized the issue, I immediately started returning all voicemails even though I was still in pretty rough post surgery shade. Therefore, if your call was last Thursday, I could s... read more

When it came time for my heat to kick in this fall - it did not work. I called them to come look at it (as it worked pre-AC install), and upon calling them, I go the scripted speech from the man on the phone about how there was no way his guys could have messed up the wiring because they are the best out there and integrity if at the core of the business (even suggested me being "difficult" for not being able to make the first couple offered time slots...). The guy who came out to do the actual was GREAT. If I could only rev... read more

Business response:

Hi [Member Name Removed] There are a few issues I would like to clear up and apologize about. At no time was it my intent to suggest you were being difficult to schedule a service appointment. I may have seemed frustrated as you called during one of our busiest weeks and the first few options didn't work for you. It's our goal to resolve any issue as fast as possible for our customers, especially if we were the potential cause. You were not being difficult, I only wanted to help asap! The wiring mistake was my installers fau... read more

They said it couldn't be fixed and I needed a new AC unit. Called a friend that owns a commercial HVAC. All it need was a freon.

Business response:

Hi [Member Name Removed] I apologize for the misunderstanding. We felt we made it clear that it could be fixed, but would not be cost effective long term due to the fact you had the old R22 refrigerant. That refrigerant is 1000.00+ per jug, which makes it very costly to recharge. It's great that you have a friend willing to give you his for free. Unfortunately, you're gonna find that if you needed to add refrigerant, some has leaked out of your unit, therefore requiring you to recharge again next year. The cost of this refri... read more

Our A/C stopped working. They came just in time and fixed the problem on the first visit, $49 service fee + $350 for the parts and labor. I have no problem with that. Unfortunately, it barely worked for 6 days and broke again. They came and charged us another $49 for the service call and another $150 for the parts repair again. They didn't allow to waive the $49 service call and no discount at all because the problem was not from the parts they replaced 6 days ago. I asked them to do an overall inspection in case there were ... read more
