This is our go to hotel when we have tickets for The Capital Theatre. I am always pleased with our choice. While we did have an hour and a half wait to check in as our room wasn't ready, we were upgraded and given complimentary drinks at the bar. While it was well after 5:15 p.m. before we could check in - I understand the lack of help and the inability to control check outs. Just not what I have been used to with service - Again - I get it.
I would preferred a full breakfast not the to go bag
Great location for concert at Capitol Theater. Quiet, convenient to the theater and a Wegman's across the street to boot. Nice dog walking up the hill. Decent bagged breakfast too.
Waited 50 minutes for burger which was tasted as if it was from frozen. Small room. Description said shower stall - -my room
