The room was fine (the bathroom has a fan!). But the walls are paper thin. They have really bright lights in the parking lot, which is good, but the shades are also paper thin. I had to drape the blanket over the window just to keep the room dark. There’s NOTHING there. No food, bar, nothing. You have to travel if you want to eat. Overall it’s a nice place for a quick stay for the traveling worker. Just bring snacks and headphones.
One of the elevators was mid-breakdown when I was about to use it, which was concerning. Otherwise great.
When we arrived they did not have our room ready. We arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon. The staff was very nice and explained that they were extremely short staffed. They were very nice and did their best to help us and did give us a room up grade but it took an extra hour to get into our room. I know these are challenging days for staffing and the employees did everything they could to accommodate us in a difficult situation so i do not fault them at all. They were great.
