Hotel was clean and service was good. I would definitely stay there again.
Delighted to be upgraded for our 8-night stay for three people. Used the common gym and laundry. Front desk and cleaning staff were helpful. Nearby Wegman's grocery store is convenient for getting a quick meal (sushi, burgers, bbq, salad, etc.) My first time in a Hyatt in years and hope to book it again sometime.
The property is convenient and clean for our use. Not having a nice dining facility was a big disappointment.
For the amount we paid for a suite- we expected a lot more. The room wasn't very clean- dust in the kitchen, ice bucket in the freezer was dirty, bathroom floors had stains on them. Kitchen sink water pressure was unregulated and sprayed all over the place if you turned it all the way on. Front desk didn't even pick up the phone when we called. Internet was very spotty for our whole stay.
