Best check-in experience ever at a hotel, super courteous, friendly, and superb explanations about hotel. Great location. Older hotel, but in good repair. Tiny outdoor pool. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access from freeway. Hyatt hotels are consistently better than most and my family's preference when available and similarly priced to comparables. Lots of places to sit for breakfast. Fantastic shower and great water pressure.
Everyone was friendly and location was convenient.
This is a great place to stay. Definitely recommend
Pretty good Friendly staff in a decent location. The room had a hairball and there were only a couple of tissues. Otherwise good bed and a nice shower. The breakfast was average…good coffee though. It has snacks and beverages in the lobby and a little bar.
Rooms just looked dated
