Heat thermostat Needed vacuuming under desk chair. Heater was not adjustable. Kim brought me more blankets and offered a room change. Fix it man didn’t fix, but tried.

Weekend getaway The breakfast was complimentary however there was a travel ball team there and there wasnt much food left when we came to eat. There was still an hour left of breakfast as well.

cool old school stuff poor bathroom design it was good, slow elevators, weird bathroom set up, nice place, did 3rd party booking did not get my Hyatt points nor could they provide me a receipt Do you have my folio?
Front desk staff was courteous and friendly. That’s most important thing to me is quality of service and professional staff.
