The property had not laundry services/room; therefore, I was told to go across the street to another hotel to ASK if I could use their laundry room. Not a good deal for spending over $200 per night.

Only one clerk at front desk had to check in multiple guests while pouring wine at the bar. Toilet was dirty including hair on the seat. Luckily, I used the bathroom first so I was able to clean it before my wife saw. Shade is broken in the room as well.

Highly recommended The staff was very accommodating. Great location and quiet rooms. Only negative is that the bathroom was very small and the wallpaper was bubbly, but not a big deal at all.

Close to family and clean. Blackout shade switch broken and room was dark. No maintenance available to fix for 3 night stay. Disappointed that there was no microwave. Cheap towels. Staff friendly 😊 Expected more from a Hyatt.
