Nice big suite and it was quiet, none of that hallway noise that you sometimes get. The staff was very friendly and attentive. No on-site restaurant. It shower faucet handle stuck and it was hard to get the water turned on and off. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been.
Check in was not great and we never got our room cleaned or maintenance of a shower problem!
Your entire staff that night was absolutely a delight to be around! Especially, Kim and the other reception lady. I had the best time and will definitely book here in the future when I come to Gilbert!
I didn’t like that I had to request house keeping to come clean my room. I was told they don’t exchange towels, make beds, give more toilet paper unless I request it. First place that has ever happened
they did not go out of their way to help you.
