Nice overnight Small room, but comfortable bed. Shower was a bit cold, but someone came in to fix it. Service was very friendly.
Super Friendly and Helpful staff! Excellent hotel in the East Village. One block from Union Square and walking distance to lots of adventures. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and quiet, all you can ask for in a hotel in the city. I'm not a big fan of the feather pillows, but the bed itself was comfortable. Very well equipped fitness center. The staff at the front desk gave us an umbrella to borrow as we left one morning because there was a chance of rain and we said we were going to be walking through the village... read more
Small town gal comes to the city My stay was amazing. I had arrived after a very long day in airports and airplanes, but the staff and all of the comforts provided made me forget my woes in no time. Excellent food and charming bar. I will definitely stay here again!
Nice hotel great location We had the same studio as two weeks ago--404. There is no fridge in this studio though some studios (403 for example) do have fridges. No shower cap or q-tips. Very clean, friendly staff good bar and restaurant. They anticipate checkout by letting your room key die a few minutes early. This was a problem on both our recent visits. While we had nightly turndown service on our stay a few weeks ago this time we did not.....
Convenient location! Close to everything and the room was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Mom & son overnight for family event The front desk staff was very helpful & the food room service was outstanding. Location excellent.
