I was not at all happy.
No AC first night. Intermittent internet. Dark ambiance, dark drab rooms. Small corridors. Room with outdoor court view is completely horrible, nothing like advertised. Won’t stay there unless there is no choice.
shower didn't even have hot water
Front desk and valet staff have serious attitude problems. Hey hello… can’t say hi? Won’t be back
Wrong room and tv didn't work
We were party of three and we were given a single bed. Rooms with two beds were available, but, the local property manager wanted to charge $300 more for the extra bed!
Parking is horrible. The agreement they have with their valet service is unclear. We were told that there was a in/out allowed. Upon paying the $70 fee and requesting our car later, we then were told by different staff that this wasn't true. Worse their was a sense of "meh" about the whole situation. The manager explained there was nothing they could do...wrong! Nothing was offered to offset the event. No even an apology. As a Hyatt member, I expected better service. We wont return here.
