Dirty noisy
Housekeeping was basically nonexistent. Failed to clean room one day until evening. Did not clean room thoroughly. Provided only one bathrobe for room reserved for two guests. Removed bathrobe without replacing half way through visit.
Room size; uninhabitable
One expects to get small rooms in NY city, but we did not expect such poor lighting everywhere, horrible circulation of air con- stuffy and hard to breath. Just not a pleasant room in general. Would not stay there again.
Great location. Room dirty, and outside terrace under construction. Asked for another water box and they said i had to pay for it.
Alarm went off for an hour from 10-11pm. The desk was not helpful about why this was happening and my room literally had no phone in it to ask about it.
