I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and overall I always have a good experience. The pros on this trip were the staff was very helpful in assisting me with a filling issue with Expedia, I had accidentally been charged twice for the same room, and threw out my stay. The staff addressed me by name. The cons were, as usual, the room was minuscule, the bath linens, and bed linens. Both were frayed there was a hole in the bath sheets, and, the Mann at the front desk is never there, and the door doesn’t open automatically and... read more

Will Stay Again Had one night stay. Location was fantastic, I had an appointment one block away. Room was very nice, small but had everything I needed. Front desk staff was really pleasant, helpful and accomodating. Used the valet for parking. Convenient.
