for the second time this year, there is a problem with the windows. First time, they would close fully. Second time, water came inside the room from the window.
The staff goes out of their way to help you. Great food in the restaurant. Very clean too! Loved staying there and will come back.

Staff was accomodating and let me check in early. Gym was GREAT! Quiet, slept well. Bed could have been firmer, since I like firm beds.
Incredible location. Room is good sized for nyc. Comfy bed. Super kind staff! Love loved riding around nyc on the bike provided. Thanks for a great stay!
