Staff was excellent! They went above and beyond normal expectations from the staff at the front desk to the crew at Browery restaurant!
Great location to NYU. Staff was very accommodating. I had two reservations over several days and they made sure I didn’t have to change rooms.

Service was not good. They didn’t clean the room first day and we asked couples times. We requested coffee cups recipients many times and the last day we got them.
Great property and I would stay again. Some of the finishes in the room have a little wear, but the room was spotless, roomy, and had a great little courtyard. People were awesome. Excellent breakfast & coffee.
