Was disappointed that the hotel was under construction, which was not mentioned when we made the reservation. Design of shower door allows for water to soak the entire bathroom. Coffee not available in the lobby - was completely empty with many of the sides (sugars, cup sleeves, etc) also missing.
Very helpful Sunday staff checkin, when I needed it ! Valet Parkers went out of their way for us in a difficult trafficky situation while my passenger was medically compromised. I am grateful. Construction is inconvenient for easy access through the hotel to dining and bar. Barkeep was friendly. Food was fine. Bedding and room comfortable, but the thermostat said to open a window because of very poor indoor air quality. Yikes.
Hidden resort fees. Hotel is under serious construction. Great location
Lovely hotel in lively downtown neighborhood. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Stylish and clean.
Rooms are small and old. Shower pressure is bad, the street is noisy and the building was under renovation.
