Our stay was great. When we arrived the front the desk was very kind, friendly, and very helpful. However the person working check in when we left was rude and not helpful at all.
This is a very nice hotel. At present, it is undergoing a major renovation on the ground floor, and getting to the elevators is inconvenient at best. The front entrance is less than inspiring. These are the reasons I lowered my rating on Property condition and facilities.
Wasn’t expecting whole lobby area to be under construction. Also checked in late and tried calling to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving until midnight but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Just rang and rang and rang.
