Great at Union Swuare Perfect room very quiet. Very comfortable bed
I didn’t know the hotel lobby and other facilities were under construction. The room was ok, but the elevators were very dirty and the temporary lobby is not one you’d want to hang out in. Paid more than $700 for one room with two beds — not worth the money at all. I will not be back.
LOVE the service here and all the staff are so kind and genuinely seem to care about the guests *brothers at the front desk Lonnie and Donnie!*. Hotel was under renovation so a few things were not as polished as when I've stayed here before but nonetheless it's my fave hotel near Union Square.
The staff were wonderful, sorting me out a quiet room so I could get lots of sleep before my conference presentation. They are in the middle of a renovation, so I'm sure it will all be great in the future!
